Job summary

Watchbook PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Luxury Watch Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable watches.

You will provide product information on luxury watch brands, assist with purchases and trade-ins, and maintain accurate customer and transaction records. Strong communication, a customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, retail or pawnshop is advantageous.
• Interest in luxury watches with willingness to learn about brands and models.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Watchbook is a luxury watch business specialising in the buying, selling and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Watch Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle customer enquiries professionally.

• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable watches.

• Provide product information on luxury watch brands, models and specifications.

• Assist customers with watch purchases, trade-ins and related enquiries.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Follow up with customers and support sales activities.

• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks and other daily store operations.

• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.

Requirements
