Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the physical store and online channels.
• Coordinate sales orders, invoicing and fulfilment for timely processing.
• Monitor workflows and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Develop operational procedures and service standards with management.
• Oversee inventory records and stock movements for luxury watches.
• Coordinate sourcing, deliveries and transaction documentation with suppliers.
• Review reports and identify discrepancies in inventory and transactions.
• Strengthen relationships with suppliers, partners and customers.
• Support customer service and after-sales processes to maintain high standards.
• Analyze performance to support business planning and growth.
