Dyson is seeking a proactive Retail Sales professional in Singapore to deliver outstanding client service and product guidance. You will identify client needs, build a strong customer portfolio, and work with our teams to exceed sales KPIs in a bustling retail environment.

The role requires a confident communicator with a strong business mindset and comfort using common office tools. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs.
• Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
• Natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
• Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
• Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
• Comfortable in using tools and applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
