Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking dynamic Retail Sales Experts to represent an international technology brand on the showroom floor. You will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and guide them to make informed choices that solve real problems.

You will build relationships, strive to exceed personal and store KPIs, and support merchandising and store routines. Weekend and holiday hours are part of the role, and experience with luxury tech brands is an asset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs.
• Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset.
• Comfortable working retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service to every visitor, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
• Drive sales by demonstrating superior product knowledge, engagement, and an entrepreneurial mindset on the sales floor.
• Take the lead in achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales and KPI goals.
• Model a transparent and authentic approach with customers, focusing on building strong relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Communicate openly and professionally with clients and colleagues to optimize store performance.
• Maintain a proactive presence on the floor to identify and capitalize on shopper needs, ensuring that each interaction leads to a tailored product recommendation.
• Support operational routines as needed, including merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Guide and support new and junior team members by sharing selling strategies and tips to drive business.
• Reinforce Dyson’s values and culture through strong work ethic and consistent results.

About You

• 4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
• Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
• Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
• Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
• Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays)
