Job summary

You will recruit and develop talents, set performance goals, coordinate with the Store Manager and Field Coach, and drive sales through effective floor management, product categorization, and targeted client outreach.

• Identify, recruit and develop talents; secure succession plans with Store Manager involvement.
• Set individual and team goals; manage performance against expectations.
• Utilize clienteling tools to build long-term client relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for sales leadership and team motivation.
• Build and develop a personal client portfolio; maximize opportunities through floor presence.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Field Coach for talent development and training.
• Provide feedback to Country Merchandising on product performance and client needs.
