• Comply strictly with company sales rules and procedures to maintain operational standards
• Monitor fashion lifestyle and market trends to stay informed and relevant in sales approaches
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure products are well displayed and stocked
• Assist warehouse and store teams with product maintenance and inventory arrangement
• Manage inventory, transfer, and receiving procedures accurately, including all related paperwork
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries effectively
• Utilize store customer information to build and maintain positive communication and relationships with customers
• Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively to improve loyalty and satisfaction
• Execute POS system processes accurately to ensure smooth transactions
• Adhere to work plans including attendance and professional appearance to project a consistent brand image
• Participate actively in trainings and meetings organized by store management and support regional stores
