Christofle Singapore is seeking a passionate retail professional to drive sales by presenting our brand and products in detail, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting daily store operations to boost customer satisfaction and store performance.

You will engage guests with brand stories, maintain a luxurious store environment, assist with inventory and POS procedures, and participate in trainings to stay aligned with regional standards and fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent sales capability and VIC handling.
• Organizational and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Provide guests with detailed brand and product introductions.
• Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to company sales rules and procedures.
• Monitor fashion trends to stay relevant in sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stock display.
• Assist warehouse and store teams with inventory.
• Manage inventory, transfers and receiving processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service addressing guest needs.
• Engage with customers using store CRM data.
• Resolve customer problems to improve loyalty.
• Execute POS processes accurately.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled.
