OTAKARAYA Singapore is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to welcome customers and guide them through buying or selling luxury handbags, watches, and jewelry. You will work with an expert appraisal team and valuation tools to support transactions, while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the purchasing operations for luxury items and precious metals, utilizing company-provided valuation tools and expert appraisal team support.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers, handle inquiries, close transactions, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage product data entry and daily store operational duties.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance service quality and store performance.

Due to our ongoing business expansion in Singapore, we are currently seeking Luxury Sales Associates. We cordially invite individuals who enjoy communicating with people, possess a passion for service, and are eager to advance their careers to join our team!

No prior experience in luxury goods or appraisal required!

We provide professional on-the-job training, valuation tools, and support from an expert appraisal team. This allows you to leverage your existing sales and customer service skills while learning specialized knowledge in luxury items and precious metals.

Candidates from retail, fashion, department stores, watches, jewelry, and customer service sectors seeking a career change are welcome to grow with us!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs regarding buying or selling luxury goods, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Experience in buying or selling pre-owned luxury items.
• Interest in luxury handbags, timepieces, jewelry, and gold products.
