OTAKARAYA in Singapore is seeking a Luxury Buyback Consultant to engage walk-in customers and assess luxury handbags, timepieces, jewelry, and precious metals. You will use our valuation tools in collaboration with our appraisal team to support accurate buyback offers and ensure a smooth transaction process.

We welcome fresh graduates with strong communication skills, Cantonese proficiency, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• University Graduate or Above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese for customer communication.
• Possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good service attitude.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and value integrity and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their selling needs regarding luxury handbags, timepieces, jewelry, gold, and other items.
• Utilize valuation tools and collaborate with the professional appraisal team to assist in completing product evaluations.
• Clearly explain purchasing prices and transaction procedures to clients, providing professional and trustworthy service.
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients, facilitate buyback transactions, and achieve performance targets.
• Handle product data entry and daily store operational tasks.

No relevant appraisal experience required! We provide comprehensive professional training, valuation tools, and support from an expert appraisal team, allowing individuals without prior industry experience to master specialized knowledge step by step.

Candidates from retail, fashion, department stores, watches, jewelry, sales, and customer service sectors looking for a career transition are highly welcome.

Job Responsibilities

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• University Graduate or Above; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese for customer communication.
• Possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good service attitude.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and value integrity and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in buying/selling luxury merchandise, timepieces, jewelry, or pre-owned luxury goods.
• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
• Interest in luxury goods and precious metals.
