JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is assisting a growing international luxury resale company to establish its Singapore operation.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming shoppers, and supporting day-to-day store tasks in a premium environment. Based at Far East Plaza, the shop operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with at least eight off days per month. Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and adaptable personality.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately and consistently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, hospitality, customer service, or related industries will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Respond to customer enquiries through both online and offline channels.
• Coordinate repair arrangements for purchased luxury products when required.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update information within the company system.
• Assist with daily store operations and administrative functions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
