• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
• Able to assist in store operations, inventory updates, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Respond to customer enquiries through online and offline channels.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate repair arrangements for purchased products when required.
• Manage and update inventory records in the system.
• Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.
• Support growth of the new retail business.
