You will be the Coach ambassador on the floor, engaging clients and upholding the brand's luxury standards while contributing to overall productivity.

Qualifications

Retail experience is preferred.
Open to candidates from various sales backgrounds.
Enthusiasm, optimism and interpersonal savviness.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Comfortable with flexible work schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet store sales and productivity goals while delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Represent Coach to the consumer as an ambassador of the brand.
Tailor approach to different customers by reading cues and building relationships (Clienteling).
Maintain energetic presence on the sales floor and collaborate with the team to exceed standards.
Utilize Coach communication tools to stay informed on performance and company updates.
