Louis Vuitton in Singapore seeks an Assistant Store Planning Manager to lead end-to-end store openings and renovations across South Asia. You will manage projects from conception to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the brand's standards.

The role independently handles medium-scale projects while supporting the Store Planning Manager on more complex initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software, and Photoshop is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of architecture/store planning experience.
• Experience with luxury retail environments preferred.
• Proficient in CAD/3D tools and design software.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and implement store openings, renovations and minor projects.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to handover.
• Coordinate with global and local teams, landlords and vendors.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead architects, consultants and contractors; monitor progress.
• Liaise with authorities for permits and approvals; conduct site visits.
• Ensure brand design guidelines are followed across projects.
• Manage procurement and logistic aspects for store projects.
• Support VP/store planning leadership on complex projects.
• Travel as required to project sites (approx. 30%).
