Job summary

L’Oréal Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned spatial design and store rollout professional to coordinate multi-brand, multi-market retail projects.

You will translate creative brand visions into technical reality, collaborate with international brand teams and local partners, and drive consistency across diverse channels within Singapore and the region. You will manage complex timelines and budgets, ensure compliance, and lead design adaptations for launch campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply architectural guidelines to retail environments and supervise counter construction or renovations.
• Strong eye for design to create sustainable visual merchandising strategies in-store.
• Ability to plan short- and long-term actions, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
• Experience in designing integrated touchpoints that connect physical store with digital journeys.
• Excellent communication skills to unite diverse partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad multi-brand and multimarket scope across a culturally diverse region.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a consistent retail experience.
• Create, adapt and execute global brand guidelines across channels from drugstores to flagship stores.
• Adapt, design and animate visual merchandising concepts for new product launches and catalogs.
• Pilot technical and legal compliance during production to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with channel partners on staging, counter rollouts, and local implementations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines around major launches with team support.
