Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Luxury Retail Store Executive to drive sales of luxury products and ensure an exceptional customer experience in Central Singapore.

You will photograph items for appraisal, convey results to customers, and coordinate overseas exports with proper documentation. The role also involves translation support, daily store operations, and reporting to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma and 2 years sales experience in related industry.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to assist with translations and interpretation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
• Photograph customer-brought items and send images to appraisal department.
• Explain appraisal results and propose purchase prices to customers.
• Coordinate overseas export of purchased products with proper documentation and compliance.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate operations.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations for a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.
