Job summary

Wristime Luxury Watches in Singapore is seeking a polished, service-minded associate to join our luxury retail team. Prior watch experience is not required — comprehensive product training will be provided to help you advise clients on high-value purchases.

You will deliver personalized client experiences both in-store and online, conduct appointments, and build relationships with collectors and international clients as part of a long-term career in the luxury watch world.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or client servicing is preferred.
• Watch industry experience is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
• Confident, personable, professional and detail-oriented.

Join Wristime Luxury Watches and build your career in luxury retail while working closely with rare and collectible timepieces, seasoned collectors and an international clientele.

This role gives you the opportunity to be immersed in the luxury watch world every day — learning about important references, understanding what makes certain pieces collectible, and developing the confidence to advise clients on high-value purchases. You’ll work closely with experienced collectors and clients, gaining valuable exposure to the luxury watch industry and building the confidence and expertise to grow as a luxury retail professional.

Prior watch experience is not required. We are looking for someone polished, personable, driven and eager to learn, with structured product training provided.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or client servicing is preferred.
• Watch industry experience is advantageous but not required — training will be provided.
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and within a close-knit team.
• Strong willingness to learn about luxury watches, brands and collectible references.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, including public holiday

• Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Bugis MRT
