Job summary

WATCH EXCHANGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team and sell luxury watches while engaging with clients. You will handle trade-ins, respond to inquiries, arrange displays, and maintain a tidy showroom.

Assist with daily stock counts and stock transfers, wrap watches for protection, and work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with training on brand knowledge provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Interest in luxury watches and brands.
• Friendly, responsible and attentive to customers.

What You'll Do

• Sell luxury watches and handle customer trade-ins.

• Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and professionally.

• Arrange and display watches to maintain an attractive showroom presentation.

• Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable.

• Perform daily stock counts and coordinate stock transfers between companies.

• Assist with wrapping and protecting watches using plastic film.

What We're Looking For

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Experience in luxury watches, jewellery or the pawnshop industry is a plus.

• Willing to learn about luxury watch brands, models and features.

• Friendly, responsible and comfortable interacting with customers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
