Qualifications

• First experience or up to 2–3 years in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role
• Interest in luxury retail and client experience
• Fluent in local language; additional languages are an asset

Responsibilities

• Welcome local and international clients with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Deliver attentive and personalised service under Givenchy selling guidelines.
• Learn to understand client needs, preferences, and style to support meaningful interactions.
• Contribute to a positive and refined client journey at every touchpoint.
• Support achievement of individual and store sales objectives.
• Apply selling techniques and storytelling learned through training and coaching.
• Assist in driving conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and service quality on the floor.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and focus in daily performance.
