Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a passionate retail ambassador to ensure every client is treated according to our promise. You will strive to discover our clients and their needs, guide them across the Brand, and proactively reach out to achieve individual and team goals.

In this role you will welcome every client and deliver premium service with product knowledge, engage with clients to build long-term relationships, and contribute to the store's overall success as a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin with ability to speak third language an added advantage to converse with Chinese and International clients.
• With a clear understanding that what we offer is a career in retail operations, successful individuals are required to perform the retail operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience through the delivery of premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise
• Engage with clients to develop long term relationships and confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services
• Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
