Job summary

Precise Holding Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Designer / Assistant Project Manager to support luxury renovation projects from concept to handover in Singapore. You will assist design development, project coordination, and site supervision across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include creating presentations, coordinating with designers and contractors, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring design intent and finish quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Report to Design Manager on daily and progress basis
• Receive and execute assigned work scope according to timelines briefed by the Design Manager
• Inquire all necessary information from senior designer prior to commencement of assigned tasks
• Check drawings before submitting to Design Manager
• Develop presentations which may include drawings, sketches, renderings and perspective required by each project
• Provide visual guidelines and show how to construct a product or structure using technical details, drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations
• Work closely and maintain communication within the Design Team
• Archive drawings produced and update any changes or discrepancy based on site, construction and installation conditions
• Assist Project Manager in organizing all phases of luxury renovation projects from concept to handover
• Support development of detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, and artisans
• Maintain constant communication with designers regarding design, drawing and specifications related matters
• Assure project briefing to all relevant parties prior to project execution
• Work with PM to manage contingencies and avoid cost overruns
• Liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams
• Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, and progress updates for clients
• Ensure all works align with luxury standards, design intent, and finish quality
• Support site supervision to maintain precision, craftsmanship, and material quality
• Assist in sourcing high-end materials and finishes in coordination with designers
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of luxury materials
• Track procurement schedules, delivery timelines, and storage logistics
• Assist with vetting suppliers and ensuring compliance with design specs and quality standards
• Attend site meetings and walkthroughs with contractors and clients
• Assist in documenting progress, managing punch lists, and tracking site issues
• Support compliance with safety standards and local building regulations
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules using tools like MS Project, Excel, or Primavera
• Track milestones and ensure subcontractors are meeting deadlines
• Prepare progress daily, weekly or bi-weekly reports for internal and client use
