Job summary

CLO HAUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Designer to work with the Design Architect on landed residential projects. The role involves translating concepts into detailed drawings, managing submittals and space planning, and collaborating with clients through the design process.

You will contribute to high-end interiors, coordinate with contractors, and oversee mockups and detailing studies to ensure design intent and luxury standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop refined design concepts and spatial narratives.
• Produce technical drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design Architect.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations.
• Source premium materials and contribute to styling and detailing.
