WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile and motivated team member to support retail sales, customer engagement and digital marketing activities for our premium lighting and luxury home décor business.

You will attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products and support sales conversions, while promoting our product range and services through effective customer engagement. The role involves updating social media and creating promotional content, in a small team setting.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products and support sales conversions.
• Promote the company's product range and services through effective customer engagement.
• Explore potential sales opportunities beyond the retail showroom.
• Provide product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist with creating and publishing relevant product and promotional content.
• Work closely with a small team to support sales, marketing and daily business operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
