Job summary

You will also manage the purchasing journey, respond to inquiries, and support online content across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring accurate product updates and a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's premium lighting and luxury home décor products to walk-in customers.
• Understand customers' needs and provide suitable product information and recommendations.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and respond to product-related enquiries accurately and professionally.
• Identify and develop potential business opportunities beyond walk-in customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to provide consistent and efficient customer service.
• Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Update product information, promotional content and other relevant materials across digital platforms as required.
• Support general retail operations and perform other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
