Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and process special orders and repair requests.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving new merchandise, ticketing, and organizing backstock.
• Maintain data in sales systems such as Salesforce and coordinate sales training and events.
• Support jewelry specialists on the sales floor and coach team members in relationship selling and product knowledge.
• Assist with team collaboration and ensure a luxury customer experience.
