Job summary

DMY JEWELLERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage full set of accounts, daily cash flow, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance for a luxury jewelry business. You will handle AR/AP, expense processing, and month-end close, ensuring regulatory compliance and precise record-keeping.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work across CRM and content management tools, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day operations including data entry of transactions into accounting system, record keeping, documents checking and maintaining statements reconciled and up to date.
• Updating and monitoring daily cash and bank transactions, balances and reconciliation.
• Reconcile Card, Nets, wallet and all other receivables with subsequent realisation and charges debited by service provider thereof
• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Monitor and manage daily cash collection and bank deposits.
• Review GL for accuracy and timeliness, general ledger maintenance and perform bank reconciliation.
• Handle Petty Cash and processing staff expense/medical claims and reimbursement.
• Responsible for timely completion of day end / month end / year end closing activities.
• Monitor and manage all expense payments on time and ensure sufficient balance in bank for GIRO deductions and cheque clearance.
• Maintain proper filing and records
• Ensure accounting reports and supporting documents comply with regulations, standards and practices
• Ask for supplier and customer statements of account quarterly and reconcile those transactions.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned.
