Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join a prestigious boutique brand in Singapore. You will deliver world-class service to a discerning, VIP/HNW client base, conducting personalized consultations, and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

With at least 2 years in prestige/luxury retail, jewellery or fashion, you will thrive in a premium environment, maintain impeccable grooming, and work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in prestige/luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven sales performance and strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class luxury experience through personalized consultations and attentive service.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
• Proactively build your client portfolio through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales goals and boutique performance targets.
• Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and tailored recommendations.
• Organize private appointments, client events, and exclusive shopping experiences.
• Conduct post-purchase follow-up to strengthen client loyalty and repeat business.
• Support visual merchandising standards and uphold the boutique's premium presentation.
• Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities.
