Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Interest in design and luxury home décor.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: warmly welcome and promote products to walk-in clients.
• Sales Guidance: assist customers through the purchasing process with tailored recommendations.
• Business Development: identify new business opportunities beyond walk-in traffic.
• Digital & Social Media Management: manage the company website and social media (Facebook/Instagram) and create engaging content.
• General Operations: collaborate with team and assist with ad-hoc duties.
