Job summary

HERITAGE HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. seeks a passionate Guest Experience Executive to join our Front Office team in a dynamic hybrid role combining guest services, concierge support, and chauffeur duties for a luxury boutique hotel.

You will work under the Front Office Manager, interacting with guests and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless experiences and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record
• Prior experience in Front Office, Concierge, Bell, or hospitality operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable performing both guest-facing and driving responsibilities
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage
• Positive attitude with strong guest engagement and customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out duties professionally and efficiently
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and courteously
• Provide personalised guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and cashiering duties
• Anticipate guest needs and recommend facilities and local experiences
• Support Front Office during peak periods
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B for seamless guest experiences
• Assist in handling operational challenges and service recovery
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the Front Office Manager
