Job summary

Liaigre Singapore is seeking a self-motivated Sales Administrative Executive in Singapore. You will work closely with the General Manager and sales team, handling administrative tasks, accounting, and logistics in a luxury interior design context.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, autonomy, and collaboration across Paris and Singapore teams, supporting sales and events in a multilingual luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or administrative and sales support environments.
• Comfortable with technology and the use of new software.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems such as Oracle NetSuite will be a plus.
• Comfortable working with figures and financial/administrative data.
• Sensitive to interior design and aesthetics.
• Well-organized and autonomous.
• A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Accounting paperwork in collaboration with external accountant and Paris HQ (payment, orders, inventories, data, salaries preparation, annual leaves, freight invoices…).
• Sales support (price tags, stock list, invitations, meeting presentation, travel and events bookings management…).
• Support General Manager with administrative tasks (weekly and monthly reports, sales data, inventory, accounting discrepancy…).
• After-sales coordination with repair specialists
• Local delivery management
• Coordinate events organization
• Develop marketing tools in collaboration with management and team (client presentation, e-mail blast…)
• Administrate the trade website
• Order showroom supplies and manage the pantry. Coordinate third party (flowers, pest control, cleaner…)
