Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Lobby Ambassador (Front Office) to manage the lobby operations and deliver an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the Raffles Butler and F&B teams to ensure a seamless, personalised welcome and seating experience, while upholding Forbes/LSOP standards.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, strong English communication, and a customer‑centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication; ability to speak a second language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby operations to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Provide first-class arrivals with personalised check-in support.
• Assist F&B team to welcome and seat restaurant patrons.
• Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
• Handle guest issues diplomatically and coordinate with leadership.
• Perform cashiering and administrative tasks for lobby operations.
