Job summary

TDCX (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks customer experience professionals to provide excellent service across channels, analyze issues, and deliver strategic solutions while adhering to data security policies.

Two years of experience in retail or luxury goods or contact centre/e-commerce is required. You must communicate clearly in English and the local market language, be comfortable with Salesforce/SAP/CRM, and be available for shifts, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of work experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods or contact centre/e-commerce.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses to meet customer needs.
• Strong communicator with good listening, empathy, and phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local market language.
• Comfortable with computers; Salesforce, SAP and CRM are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify and analyse customers' issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs.
• Accurately process data/information using company systems while adhering to data security policy and escalate when needed.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with customer service team to provide strong after-sales service.
• Uphold professionalism and build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties to support effective implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System.
