Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Associate for a Swiss luxury watch brand, focusing on after-sales service and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will be the main point of contact for inquiries, provide product information, and maintain CRM records, while coordinating with overseas teams for repairs and service matters. Prior luxury retail or premium brand customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, premium brands or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic and professional when handling customers.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Passion for luxury watches will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information on watch models, features, pricing, warranties and services.
• Assist customers with product care, maintenance and usage guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM system.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams overseas on repairs and after-sales matters.
• Support general administrative duties within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
