You will own daily operations, drive clienteling, training and performance, and ensure seamless guest experiences from welcome to post-purchase. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced travel-retail environment and a passion for hospitality and luxury brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or travel retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets, KPI performance and client engagement.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
• Fluent in English; flexible to shift work in an airport setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead counter and Beauty Lounge teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Drive sales, conversion, AOV, and client recruitment/retention.
• Manage floor operations, scheduling, and stock controls.
• Foster client relationships with VIPs and appointments.
