Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Concierge to welcome clients at the CHANEL counter and Beauty Lounge. You will manage client flow, bookings and clienteling while delivering CHANEL storytelling and basic beauty and fragrance consultations.

The role supports commercial performance by guiding clients to the right services and upsell opportunities in a luxury travel environment. You will collaborate with Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Specialists and Lounge Specialists, ensuring an elevated and personalised client

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, aviation, hotels or premium client service.
Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills.
Professional fluency in English.
Confidence in CHANEL storytelling and basic beauty/fragrance consultation.
Highly organised and proactive in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, elegant and personalised welcome to every client and guide to the right consultant.
Manage walk-ins, appointments, waiting times and client flow across counter and lounge.
Build relationships through discovery, storytelling and timely follow-up.
Perform trained beauty/fragrance services and introduce paid express services when relevant.
Maintain immaculate lounge, materials and hygiene standards; support client recruitment and conversion.
