Quantum Leap Career Consultancy is seeking a Client Experience Host (Luxury Retail) to be the face of our premium environment in the Singapore River area. You will create memorable experiences and elevate brand reputation through exceptional service.

In this role you will greet clients, tailor recommendations, conduct product demonstrations, and build lasting relationships with high-value customers while maintaining luxury standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years luxury retail or high-end service experience (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for all client levels.
• Strong attention to detail with aesthetics and luxury standards.
• Ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments while managing multiple clients.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building client relationships.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming aligned with luxury retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to self-improvement and training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless entry into the luxury environment.
• Understand client preferences to provide highly personalised service recommendations.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and consultations with expert knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the retail space reflecting luxury standards.
• Process client transactions with accuracy and efficiency for a smooth checkout.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to achieve departmental targets and client satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and concerns with empathy and discretion.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and luxury trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Represent brand values in all interactions and maintain confidentiality.
