Qualifications

• 2+ years luxury retail or high-end service experience (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for all client levels.
• Strong attention to detail with aesthetics and luxury standards.
• Ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments while managing multiple clients.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building client relationships.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming aligned with luxury retail.

As a Client Experience Host, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand reputation and driving client loyalty through exceptional service excellence. Your role will be pivotal in shaping first impressions and building lasting relationships with high-value clients in an exclusive retail setting.

• Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless transition into the luxury retail environment
• Understand client preferences, needs and aspirations to provide highly personalised service recommendations
• Facilitate product demonstrations and consultations with expert knowledge and attention to detail
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the retail space, ensuring merchandise displays reflect luxury standards at all times
• Process client transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end customer service environments (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for aesthetics and luxury brand standards
• Ability to remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple client interactions
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building client relationships
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required
