Job summary

Fendi Singapore seeks a dedicated Ambassador to deliver a luxurious client experience, promoting FENDI history, craftsmanship, and creativity. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and support store operations while upholding the highest standards of grooming and service.

In this role you will engage customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the team to achieve store KPIs in a high-end retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry.
• Good grooming standard.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Goal oriented approach.
• Good team spirit and positive personality.
• Bilingual with ability to speak third language an added advantage.
• Passionate about high end luxury goods and willing to commit retail hours.
• Knowledge in operating retail management system.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyal FENDI customer base and CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations with professional and personal touch.
• Operate the Retail Pro Management system across stock, payments, inquiries and customer data.
• Carry out store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving stock, displaying merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and daily housekeeping.
