Job summary

M&B Private Jewelers in Singapore is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage daily client interactions, content creation, and adoption of AI tools to streamline operations and scale marketing.

You will engage with inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp, convert leads to appointments, edit video and photos, manage content calendars, and welcome clients in the showroom.

Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus; Saturdays work; base salary with commissions in a fast-growing luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and communication skills in face-to-face and digital channels.
• Experience with mobile video editing apps CapCut or Canva and luxury visuals.
• Genuine interest in natural diamonds and gemstones.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp with speed and expertise.
• Convert cold digital leads into boutique appointments and remote sales.
• Edit raw video footage and photos according to brand guidelines.
• Upload and manage content on a regular social media schedule.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with inventory and daily operations.
• Experiment with AI technologies and digital workflows to stay ahead.
• Welcome clients to the Singapore showroom with an insider sales experience.
• Support daily operational setups and showroom readiness.
