Job summary

M&B Private Jewelers in Singapore is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage daily client interactions, content creation, and adoption of AI tools to streamline operations and scale marketing.

You will engage with inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp, convert leads to appointments, edit video and photos, manage content calendars, and welcome clients in the showroom.

Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus; Saturdays work; base salary with commissions in a fast-growing luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and communication skills in face-to-face and digital channels.
• Experience with mobile video editing apps CapCut or Canva and luxury visuals.
• Genuine interest in natural diamonds and gemstones.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Available to work Saturdays.

About the role

M&B Private Jewelers is a premier luxury destination specializing in high-end natural diamonds, bespoke fine jewelry, and exceptional gemstone pieces. We are expanding rapidly and need a talented coordinator who can manage daily client interactions and content, and leverage modern AI tools to streamline operations, scale marketing, and take M&B to the next level.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage with incoming inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp with speed, expertise, and precision




• Convert cold digital leads into boutique appointments and remote sales




• Edit raw video footage and photos according to M&B's established brand guidelines and aesthetic




• Upload and manage content on a regular, disciplined schedule across social media platforms




• Keep digital community active and responsive through engagement tracking




• Actively experiment with new AI technologies and digital workflows to keep the brand ahead of the industry curve




• Welcome clients to the Singapore showroom, providing an insider-level sales experience




• Maintain showroom presentation, handle jewelry inventory and assist with daily operational setups

About you

• Proven sales and communication skills, confident in both face-to-face and text communication (WhatsApp/IG DMs)




• Practical experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and a strong eye for luxury visual aesthetics




• Genuine interest in natural diamonds, gemstones, and high-end manufacturing




• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage for servicing local and international clientele)




• Available to work Saturdays with a designated weekday off
