Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience is a major plus.
• Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
• Capable of presenting merchandise to meet guidelines and maintain a tidy store.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.
• Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.
• Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieving sales targets.
• Present merchandise desirably in accordance to guidelines and maintain a tidy store.
• Coordinate and assist customers with after-sales service (repair).
• Perform assigned duties per request from Supervisor/Manager.
• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable with fantastic customer service skills.
