HRnetOne in Singapore is seeking a polished Sales Associate for our boutique team. You will deliver highly personalized client experiences in-store and virtually, showcasing luxury pieces with a refined sense of style.

You will build long-term client relationships, guide clients through product storytelling, and contribute to visual merchandising and boutique operations. Weekend work is required in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build genuine connections with discerning clients.
• Strong sense of style and ability to tell product stories.
• Highly organized, proactive and professional in appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional, personalized client experiences in-store and via virtual engagements.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, styling guidance, and follow-ups.
• Expand your client portfolio through referrals, outreach, and brand events.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guide clients and upsell where appropriate.
• Support boutique presentation and operations, including visual merchandising, and mentor junior team members when needed.
