TUMI is seeking a guest-focused Retail Associate for our Singapore boutique. You will welcome customers, provide personalized styling advice, and help drive store performance by meeting sales targets and KPIs.

You will present merchandise attractively, maintain an organized selling floor, and assist with after-sales service and repairs. Previous retail or hospitality experience is a major plus, and you should be comfortable with POS systems and delivering outstanding customer service.
