Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Foreign Vehicle Permits (Operations) to lead a 24/7 permits and operations team. You will review SOPs, develop practical solutions, and prepare training materials while supporting around-the-clock operations.

You will monitor service delivery by vendors, manage contractual administration, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong administrative and organisational skills.

What you will be working on

You are part of a team that will oversee a 24/7 operations environment to manage permits and operations relating to foreign vehicles. The role requires you to review standard operating procedures, develop practical solutions and training materials, support round-the-clock operations and vendor management, and prepare reports for operational analysis.

You are required to monitor service delivery by vendors, manage contractual administration and coordinate with stakeholders to address operational issues, respond to complex enquiries, oversee staff training and ensure all processes align with regulatory and contractual requirements.
