GVT Government Technology Agency in Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Risk and Compliance to lead regulatory compliance activities for InfraCo SG’s station operations. You will develop the station's compliance register, manage licensing submissions, and coordinate with regulators to ensure timely submissions and renewals.

You should have knowledge of regulatory frameworks for built environment and transport, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work

Competenze

• Knowledge in regulatory compliance, licensing management or statutory submissions in an infrastructure, transport or public sector environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory framework for built environment and transport infrastructure is strongly advantageous.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in project management, compliance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail; confident in liaising with government regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders across all levels.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent submission timelines.

• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and legislative changes affecting station operations, assess implications, and recommend adjustments to internal governance frameworks accordingly.
• Support bilateral meetings and governance forums on regulatory compliance matters as required.

InfraCo SG oversees the full spectrum of facility management and operations of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a dedicated cross-border rail station connecting Singapore and Malaysia. The division is responsible for ensuring the station functions safely, reliably, and to the standards expected of Singapore’s public transport network. Beyond operational excellence, the division is committed to cultivating a station experience and identity that reflects the significance of Woodlands North as a gateway between the two countries.

What you will be working on
