Job summary

Helius Technologies seeks a Lifecycle Support Services (LSS) Project Executive/Engineer to coordinate operations, maintenance and continuous improvement of mission-critical IT systems in Singapore. You will liaise with support teams, customers and vendors to ensure system availability, security and performance across production and disaster recovery environments.

The role involves leading incident coordination, root-cause analysis, change management, and service governance while tracking SLAs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related technology discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management, service management, lifecycle support or related technology environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors and deliverables.
• Understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management.
• Working knowledge of application support, infrastructure operations, and cloud and on-premises environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, governance, risk and audit processes.
• Familiarity with database, middleware, API and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project, alongside project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and coordinate delivery under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations, maintenance and improvements of mission-critical IT systems.
