Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Lifecycle Support Services Engineer to oversee the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems throughout their lifecycle. You will lead support teams, manage stakeholders and vendors, and drive operational excellence across production and disaster recovery environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technology field and a minimum of 2 years in project/service management within government or managed services

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, service management, lifecycle support services, or related technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience in Government, Cybersecurity, ICT, or Managed Services environments is an advantage.
• PMP/CITPM certifications or similar governance certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Lifecycle Support Services (LSS) per contractual obligations and SLAs, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems.
• Oversee day-to-day application, infrastructure, and database support activities with timely incident, problem, and service request resolution.
• Lead major incident management and RCA, review and approve maintenance, deployment, and change requests to minimize operational risk.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, authorities, users, and vendors; manage contracts and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards; drive vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Lead Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution for DR environments and business continuity.
• Prepare monthly service reports and dashboards; track SLA/KPI compliance, risks, and service improvements.
