Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Low-Code Engineer Consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Power Platform. You will configure, develop, test, deploy, and support the RP Alumni System, under guidance from a Project Manager and Solution Architect.

Responsibilities include configuring Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform components, building dashboards, integrating systems, and supporting data migration and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/IS or related discipline.
• Microsoft certifications are preferred: Power Platform App Maker Associate; Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate; Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Developing low-code applications.
• Configuring automated workflows.
• Building dashboards and reports.
• Supporting portal development activities.
• Assisting in application deployment and release management.
• Configure customer segments and audiences.
• Support setup of engagement journeys and campaigns.
• Configure communication tracking and reporting.
• Assist in implementing marketing automation processes.
• Support campaign testing and deployment activities.
• Develop and support integrations with Student Systems, Microsoft Entra ID, Email services, Reporting platforms.
• Configure API connections and data synchronization processes.
