Lulu’s Lounge, Singapore, part of THE SOUTHBRIDGE HOTEL PTE. LTD., invites passionate hospitality professionals to join our premium lounge team and deliver refined service to every guest.

As a Lounge Server you will provide attentive table service, supervise front-of-house and bar teams, and coordinate guest requests while upholding hygiene and safety standards. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

We're looking for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our premium lounge team. If you enjoy engaging with people and delivering outstanding service in a sophisticated environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

1. Serve tables and provide direct floor service to guests as the primary responsibility, ensuring timely, attentive, and professional service.

2. Supervise front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards, grooming, punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

3. Coordinate reservations, table allocations, guest requests, events, and interdepartmental communication.

4. Handle guest feedback, complaints, service recovery, and escalations professionally within authorised limits.

5. Support stock control, cash handling procedures, sales reporting, staff briefings, and daily operational checklists.

6. Ensure compliance with Company policies, licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety rules.
