Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is seeking a Club Lounge Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service to members and visitors of the exclusive lounge. You will replenish amenities, handle guest requests, and uphold the standards of service excellence for business travelers, VIPs, and loyal members.

You will greet guests, manage inquiries and complaints promptly, coordinate with concierge and housekeeping, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing guest needs.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for service.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Willing to work rotating morning/afternoon shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum qualification: GCE O levels.
• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B for smooth operations.
• Manage lounge check-ins/outs and input reservations accurately.
• Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist in setting up and replenishing food, beverages, and amenities.
• Follow hotel security protocols and policies.

Job Description

As a Club Lounge Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to members and visitors of the exclusive lounge. You will replenish the lounge's amenities, manage guest requests, and upholds the standards of service excellence, catering to the needs of business travelers, VIP guests, and loyal members.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Preparing buffet set-up for breakfast and evening cocktail and provide host/hostess service to our club paying guest at the Club Lounge
• Greeting all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of guest services (e.g., concierge, housekeeping, food & beverage)
• Managing room check-ins and check-outs, ensuring proper verification and accuracy in keying in guest reservation details into the hotel systems
• Providing personalized service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, including special requests or preferences
• Overseeing the daily operations of the executive club lounge, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and in excellent condition
• Assisting in setting up, replenishing, and organizing the food and beverage displays, including premium drinks, snacks, and other amenities
• Maintaining cashier float, ensuring accurate daily report of money received and performing audit balances in accordance with accounting policies and procedures
• Conducting daily beverage inventory and other inventories as required by management prior to closing the Club Lounge for the day
• Following all hotel security protocols, including monitoring the guest access system and ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining standard of behaviour, appearance and attitude in accordance to the hotel's brand

Job Requirements

What we need from you

• Proficiency in spoken English language. Knowledge in additional languages will be a plus, but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and approachable demeanor
• Flexible to adapt to changing guest needs and operational demands
• Being detail-oriented, with a passion for providing a superior guest experience
• Able to multitask effectively, manage priorities, and ensure smooth lounge operations
• Able to commit rotating Morning and Afternoon shift hours over weekends and public holidays (5 days work week; 9.5 hours per shift inclusive of meal break)
• A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge in Singapore and places for recommendation to business travelers/ tourists in creating a memorable hotel experience for them
