SATS Ltd. is seeking a Lounge Manager to oversee day-to-day lounge operations at the Seletar Aviation Services unit. You will liaise with airport authorities, resolve investigations and complaints, and ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires weekend/public holiday availability, a minimum diploma, 3+ years in hotel/airport lounge, and excellent English with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in hotel or airport lounge industry.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle enquiries and complaints promptly, efficiently and professionally.
• Administrative duties including rostering and duty assignments.

Job Description
Oversee day-to-day lounge operations during assigned shifts, ensuring close liaison with Management on all matters pertaining to smooth operations.

• Liaise with airport authorities and Ground Handling Authorities (GHA)s.

• Attend to investigations and complaints raised by Ground Handler and/or customers.

• Ensure the team offer stellar customer service and provide a memorable hospitality for guests.

• Ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Handle enquiries and complaints promptly, efficiently and professionally.

• Administrative duties, including rostering and duty assignments.

• Any other duties as assigned in the course of work.

Requirements

• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum diploma in a relevant field.

• At least 3 years’ experience in hotel or airport lounge industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.

• Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.

• Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Computer literacy
